Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Project Lead 1 to drive Healthcare payer/provider EDI initiatives. You will manage timelines, coordinate between clients and technical teams, and ensure SDLC compliance across all phases to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role emphasizes risk-aware delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and balancing project economics with strategic priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare payer or provider EDI upgrades or migrations.
• Experience with requirements gathering, design, and mapping EDI X12 837/835/834/820.
• Experience with Healthcare EDI mapping and analysis.
• Experience with Healthcare Claims and Encounters processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively address resource discrepancies to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes and ensuring deliverables meet client requirements.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to project budgets aligned with scope, strategy and key deliverables.
• Identify scope changes and new client requests, support effort estimation and client sign-offs.

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

• Experience with requirements gathering, design, and mapping EDI X12 837/835/834/820.
• Experience with Healthcare Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) mapping and EDI analysis.
• Healthcare and Medicaid Claims and Encounters processing

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience with SQL database

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
