Job summary

TerrAscend is seeking an Edibles Production Technician for our Boonton, NJ facility to support gummy edible production on-site. You will work Monday to Friday, 3PM-11:30PM, ensuring timely, high-quality, compliant manufacturing of cannabis-infused products.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow directions, strong team collaboration, and adherence to GMP and QA standards. Culinary background and GMP experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing or laboratory environments preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production of gummy edible products.
• Follow GMP, food safety, and QA regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of equipment and kitchen areas.
• Complete production orders accurately and timely.
• Keep accurate production records at each step.
• Adhere to department SOPs and recipes.
• Use PPE and maintain hygiene protocols.
• Contribute to implementation of new systems and processes.
• Sit/stand for 10 hours per day and lift up to 50 lbs.
