Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking an Edibles and Kitchen Associate to assist in producing cannabis-infused products.

You will work with instruments and equipment, follow SOPs, and support inventory control in a team-based setting. You will perform basic kitchen duties, measure ingredients, load and unload materials, document batch records, and help meet production deadlines with attention to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate various instruments and equipment according to SOPs
• Undertake basic kitchen duties, such as measuring ingredients
• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies
• Assist in ensuring formulation line is completely stocked
• Meet set production deadlines by working efficiently with a sense of urgency
• Document production by completing forms, reports, equipment logs, sanitation checklists and batch records
• Trouble shoot problems with equipment, devices and products
• Handle hazardous and non-hazardous waste per SOP and local requirements
• Assist management in processing and testing of products, processes and procedures
• Perform quality inspections of product
• Maintain inventory of raw materials
• Work as part of a team to meet production schedules

Job description

The Edibles and Kitchen Associate is responsible for assisting with the production of various cannabis infused products which include but are not limited to inventory management, adherence to compliance and safety requirements, and production of cannabis infused products.
