Job Title: Edible Kitchen Staff at Rev Clinics

The goal is to optimize kitchen and cooking procedures to create consistent, safe, delicious, and high-quality Edibles. Effective communication, organization, attention to safety, detail, and time management are essential for the success of our Kitchen and the ongoing success of Revolutionary Clinics.

Job Summary

Kitchen Staff are responsible for managing daily kitchen operations, producing products infused with Cannabis Oils and Isolates. This role involves working closely with the Edibles Chef to ensure workflow efficiency and proper maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment. Ability to follow instructions and react quickly in high-stress environments is required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and producing large batches of Cannabis Edibles.
  • Prepare and clean workspaces, equipment, and materials daily.
  • Wash and sterilize kitchen and equipment.
  • Prepare samples for lab testing.
  • Log recipes and production data.
  • Help develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform administrative tasks such as documenting machine maintenance, logging test results, printing labels, auditing products and supplies.
  • Package finished products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Competencies
  • Technical capacity and knowledge of kitchen equipment.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Time management skills.
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail.
  • Math skills.
  • Computer skills (e.g., MS Word, Excel).
  • Strong documentation practices.
Additional Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old.

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
