Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) seeks an EDI/XML Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Intermediate to provide senior technical expertise across information systems architecture, security engineering, and network systems management for IOEE/IOSEE mission. The role requires guiding executive-level teams, delivering innovative solutions, and leading critical assignments with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in a related field such as CS/Engineering/IS/Technology.
• Secret clearance required; high risk, critical sensitive investigations at proposal time.
• IAT Level III certifications required: CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, or CCSP.
• Preferred: CCIE-EI; CCSE; AWS Cloud Practitioner; Microsoft Azure Fundamentals; CompTIA Cloud+.

The EDI/XML Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Intermediate provides senior-level technical expertise, analysis, and research for complex information technology problems and processes supporting the IOEE/IOSEE mission. Working with minimal direction, the SME serves as a technical expert on executive-level project teams, provides technical direction and alternatives, develops creative solutions to complex problems, and may function in a project leadership role.
