Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1+ year working with software implementation or project management.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with claim processing.
• Experience with product training.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and administer key process improvement to EDI implementations.
• Work with Development and QA to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with providers, clearinghouses, and payers to resolve EDI issues.
• Train clients and assist presales with product features.
• Maintain records, track deadlines, and notify clients of upcoming due dates.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the improvement cycle.
