On behalf of AV Star Solutions, a boutique partner specialized in SAP talent and projects, DAP Integrated Solutions is recruiting for an engagement with a leading multinational company in the plastic packaging industry. We are looking for someone to connect customers' purchase orders in SAP Ariba with AccountMate, so orders flow automatically, with no manual entry and with full error traceability. You will work directly with the end client and with team members, so fluent, advanced English is a must.
What you will do
- Design, build and maintain the purchase order integration between SAP Ariba (cXML / EDI X12 / EDIFACT) and AccountMate.
- Document the field-by-field mapping and maintain item, price and tax cross-references.
- Validate incoming orders and load them as sales orders, preventing duplicates and handling order changes and cancellations.
- Send order confirmations, advance ship notices (ASN) and invoices back to Ariba.
- Monitor the integration, resolve rejections and provide support when an order fails.
- Test in the Ariba test environment and support the go-live to production.
- Communicate in English with the end client and team members to gather requirements and report progress.
What we are looking for
Required
- Fluent, advanced English, spoken and written, for meetings and correspondence with clients and teammates.
- Solid experience with SQL Server (queries, transactions, stored procedures).
- Experience in systems integration and working with XML (XSLT or parsing in a language such as Python, C# or Java).
- Understanding of the order-to-cash cycle: sales order, delivery and invoice.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to document your work.
Nice to have
- Experience with EDI (X12, EDIFACT) or cXML.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba / Ariba Network as a supplier.
- Knowledge of AccountMate or other small and mid-sized business ERPs.
- Experience with integration middleware (Boomi, MuleSoft, BizTalk, Cleo, SPS Commerce or similar).
- Familiarity with transport protocols such as AS2, SFTP or HTTPS/API.
Terms
- Work arrangement: 100% remote.
- Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time (ET).
- Compensation: to be discussed during the interview, based on experience and profile.
