Job Overview

Your Responsibilities
  1. Provide billing-related training for customers and internal staff, including online classes, practice management setup, fee schedules, payers, and clearinghouse rules.
  2. Assist customers post go-live with all aspects of EDI.
  3. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the EHR application to support and answer customer questions.
Your Qualifications
  1. High School Diploma or GED/High School Equivalency.
  2. Strong background in electronic health records, medical billing, EDI, accounts receivable management, payment posting, financial reporting, and accounting.
  3. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  4. Positive, cooperative attitude in working and communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels.
