Job summary

Southco is seeking a North America EDI Analyst to own and support the EDI program across the region. You will be the go-to contact for customers on all things EDI, from troubleshooting transaction issues and clarifying technical requirements to supporting new implementations and eliminating recurring problems.

You will dig into EDI data, transactions and processes to find errors, get to root causes, and improve accuracy, stability, automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting EDI, ERP processes, Customer Service, Order Management or Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in SAP including IDoc processing and order management, Excel, Salesforce and reporting tools.
• Experience with EDI standards, translators, MSPs and onboarding implementations (preferred).
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills; able to create training materials and document processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and support North America EDI program; troubleshoot transactions and clarify requirements.
• Define requirements, coordinate system and mapping changes, and verify fixes with stakeholders.
• Aim for reduced failed and errored EDI transactions across the region with measurable improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, IT, Supply Chain and EDI teams to drive implementations and improvements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to Customer Service Representatives handling key accounts.
