What You Need to Know
Genesis Products is seeking an experienced2nd Shift Edgebanding Machine Operatorfor our wood panel processing manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Operating and Setting Up Edgebanders : Configure machine settings such as temperature, speed, and glue application to ensure precise edge banding.
  • Quality Control : Inspect finished panels for proper edge application, alignment, and adhesion to meet company standards.
  • Material Management : Ensure the correct edge banding materials are loaded and adjusted for different panel specifications.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance : Identify machine issues promptly and coordinate with the Maintenance Department.
  • Production Monitoring : Maintain accurate production records including output data, material usage, and downtime logs.
  • Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment by following proper operational procedures.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with inspectors and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and consistent quality output.
