Bellmont Cabinets in Sumner, WA is seeking an Edgeband Operator to join the machining department. You will work with edge banding on cabinet components to create a seamless, professional finish in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with edge banding or CNC machining, with comprehensive training provided. This is a swing shift position with opportunities for growth within a craftsman-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Prior edge banding or CNC machining experience in cabinetry, wood products, or custom furniture is a plus; training provided.
• Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds; team assistance for heavier lifts.
• Able to read production schedules, job cards, and barcodes.

Responsibilities

• Apply edge banding to cabinet components for a polished finish.
• Clean and maintain machine and work area for safety and quality.
• Verify barcodes and quality before moving to next production stage.
• Meet daily and weekly production goals with strict quality standards.
• Collaborate with team to support production flow and improve quality and efficiency.
• Share ideas for process improvements and ownership.
