Job summary

Nash seeks an experienced engineer to join our North America team, building, deploying, and operating production software at the edge for enterprise logistics. You will partner with product and AI teams to influence direction and deliver real-world impact across customers and platforms.

You will own deployments from concept to live operations, collaborating with customers’ engineering, ops, and leadership, while moving fast and owning outcomes in a fast-paced YC-backed startup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and shipping production software.
• Experience with APIs, backend systems, or platform integrations.
• Comfortable jumping between code, customer problems, and architecture decisions.
• Bias toward speed, iteration, and ownership.
• Clear communicator who can work directly with operators, CTOs, and execs.
• Motivated by building software that touches the physical world at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy production systems used by top enterprise retailers
• Work directly with customers’ engineering, ops, and leadership teams
• Take new products from concept to live deployments
• Design and extend core infrastructure underpinning global delivery orchestration
• Partner with product and AI teams to influence direction across North America
• Debug real-world logistics workflows across fleets, APIs, and integrations
