Qualifications

• Experience with two or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Go, Python, Node.js, Java).
• Hands-on experience with one or more major CDN providers.
• Strong understanding of core networking concepts.
• Experience building automation solutions for infrastructure or CDN management.
• Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience with API integrations and caching/acceleration patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize CDN solutions across platforms.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Python, Terraform, GitOps, or similar tools.
• Define and implement caching strategies, routing rules, and performance optimizations.
• Configure and manage DNS, Bot Management, and web security features.
• Monitor CDN performance using tools and build dashboards.
• Analyze system metrics and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Provide on-call support, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CDN solutions.
• Develop and recommend architectures, configuration standards, and practices.
• Optimize CDN configurations for SEO and performance use cases.
• Work with REST APIs to manage and validate CDN integrations.
• Ensure implementations follow security best practices.
