Qualifications

• M.S. or Ph.D. in CS/EE/CE/ML or related field.
• Strong ML and deep learning fundamentals with model optimization focus.
• Experience with quantization, pruning, and model compression.
• Proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Python programming, debugging, and problem solving.
• C/C++ knowledge and collaboration with embedded teams.
• Understanding Edge ML deployment constraints.
• Strong communication and cross functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate, and optimize ML models for consumer audio products.
• Apply Efficient ML techniques to improve accuracy, latency, memory, and power.
• Collaborate with embedded, DSP, compiler, and hardware engineers to deploy on resource‑constrained platforms.
• Iterate on model architectures and training methodologies based on deployment feedback.
• Address platform constraints like unsupported operators and data‑type limitations.
• Profile and evaluate model performance across multiple metrics.
• Develop repeatable workflows for training, conversion, compilation, simulation, and validation.
• Collaborate across ML, embedded software, DSP, hardware, compiler, and product teams.
• Evaluate emerging ML tools and techniques to improve workflows.
• Document experiments and findings; mentor interns/co‑ops.
