Job summary

Telnyx is seeking a Developer Advocate to empower developers and technical buyers by showcasing what is possible when connectivity, compute, and AI run on one network. You will build benchmarks, demos, and real‑world use cases on IoT SIM/eSIM, Edge Compute, and Telnyx Inference, reporting to the Director of AEO and collaborating with DevRel to create compelling content.

Responsibilities include field demos, open source publications, and content creation across videos, workshops, and conferences,

Qualifications

• Experienced developer relations engineer, solutions engineer, or developer advocate.
• Public portfolio of demos, sample apps, or talks used by developers.
• Polished YouTube videos and strong video editing skills.
• Excellent writer and researcher with original, first‑hand content.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark latency, throughput, reliability, and cost for Telnyx Inference and Edge Compute.
• Build field demos on real hardware with Telnyx IoT SIM/eSIM; travel for demos/events.
• Create Edge AI use cases combining connectivity, private networking, and AI inference.
• Publish sample apps and open source repos; keep APIs and firmware in sync.
• Deliver demos through videos, livestreams, workshops, and conferences; collaborate with Content.
