Shift Paradigm is seeking a Full-Stack Developer with hands-on Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS) experience to build high-performance, edge-rendered websites. You will work directly with clients on large projects, translating requirements into scalable solutions, with a focus on performance and modern web architectures.

The role requires strong JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, React/Next.js, and DevOps experience, plus familiarity with AEM and CDN configurations.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience, including 2+ years working with Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS) or strong AEM background with rapid ramp-up on EDS.
• Expert-level native JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, with judgement on when to use React/Angular/Vue.
• Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and Lighthouse performance.
• Proficiency in React and Next.js for non-EDS front-end apps and internal tools.
• Git/GitHub workflows with CI automation (GitHub Actions).
• DevOps practices and tooling (CI/CD, IaC, containers, cloud deployment).
• Experience with document-based authoring and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Strong client-facing experience and ability to translate requirements to solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain edge-rendered websites and web apps using Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS).
• Serve as a secondary owner for existing EDS-based properties and participate in architectural decisions.
• Configure new EDS projects on the AEM boilerplate, manage routing, and config.yaml.
• Tune page-loading performance to hit elite Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores.
• Bridge engineering and content teams for document-based authoring workflows.
• Manage a Git-first deployment workflow with CDN/edge configuration (Fastly/Cloudflare).
• Explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and work with clients directly.
• Integrate EDS-delivered pages with AEM assets and headless APIs; collaborate with MarTech/CRM systems.
• Leverage AI coding tools to plan and execute development tasks and code generation.
• Participate in technical discovery, estimation, and solutioning discussions with clients.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews.
