Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners across Google Cloud Interconnect and EMCD teams from Thornton, CO or other preferred locations.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to balance priorities, articulate technical tradeoffs, and drive delivery for high-impact network capacity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage network capacity build requests and communicate project status.
• Identify process, tooling, documentation and reporting gaps within delivery workflows and provide recommendations to ensure smooth deployment of capacity requirements.
• Lead kickoff and regular project status meetings and keep downstream teams at Google apprised of project and delivery status.
• Evaluate and communicate the impact of project scope changes, identify risks and mitigation strategies, and work with the team to address issues.
