DTCC's EDGE program is a structured 18‑month early‑career development initiative for recent graduates. You will rotate across teams such as Clearing, Securities Services, Derivatives, and Risk, gaining hands‑on business experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

You’ll participate in onboarding, learning sessions, and regular feedback to build technical, functional, and leadership capabilities while developing practical skills and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected May 2027.
• Minimum GPA: 3.2
• Authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear written/verbal communication.
• Interest in financial services and how business, technology, operations, risk, and regulation connect.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and deliver value to clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in research, analysis, and project work to drive improvements and inform decision‑making.
• Assist in development, enhancement, and implementation of business strategies, products, or data solutions.
• Contribute to planning, execution, and documentation of projects and initiatives.
