Job summary

Ambarella is seeking algorithm engineer interns to develop efficient algorithms for self-driving cars, humanoid robots, and future products. The role focuses on building CV and DL solutions and integrating with Ambarella’s edge AI stack.

You will design, train, and optimize Transformer architectures and stay current with multi-modal LLMs and embodied AI technologies to advance tomorrow’s intelligent video products.

Qualifications

• PhD or master's in computer science or electrical engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning and its applications to computer vision (e.g. object detection, tracking, segmentation).
• Hands-on experience with ROS 2 for robot control, sensor integration, communication, and system debugging.
• Familiarity with AI compute stack: Kubernetes, Ray, vLLM and PyTorch, ONNX.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, CUDA.
• Excellent communication skills.
