Job summary

Latent AI is seeking an AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in computer vision and robotics to build and deploy real-time ML systems on edge hardware. You will design, train, and optimize models for ultra-low latency in high-speed field operations, and integrate perception and navigation capabilities for robots and drones.

Ideal candidates have Python and PyTorch expertise, experience with CUDA/TensorRT, and familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in ML/AI with a focus on computer vision and robotics.
• 3–5 years industry experience in related roles.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and documentation practices.
• Experience deploying edge/embedded deployments and containerized systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy real-time computer vision models for edge hardware.
• Optimize inference speed and latency on CUDA/TensorRT-enabled devices.
• Integrate vision models into robotics platforms for perception and navigation.
• Manage containerized edge deployments across distributed hardware using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Drive performance analytics to improve accuracy and operational efficiency in dynamic environments.
