Applications are invited from suitable candidates (Indian Citizens) for one position of Project Technical Support - III to work in the ICMR/MAHA MedTech -funded project titled "An AI-Integrated Ultrasensitive Nanopore Sensing System for Non-invasive EarlyDetection of Cervical Cancer" at IndZita Biotech Pvt. Ltd. (Startup incubated at BRIC-RGCB) at Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (BRIC-RGCB),Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

EssentialQualifications

• BCA, B.Tech Computer Science, Electrical and Communication Engineering or equivalent

Desirable Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and digital signal processing libraries (NumPy, SciPy).
• Hands-on experience with single-board computers (Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson, or similar)
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)

PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop real-time signal pre-processing pipelines (filtering, baseline drift correction, and noise reduction) for raw sensor inputs.
• Build, train, and validate RNN/LSTM/Transformer models for real-time signal classification and feature extraction.
• Optimize ML models for low-latency local edge execution on the onboard compute device.

Age

Below 35 years on 21 th October 2026. Age relaxation will be given as per Govt. of India norms.

Duration

Initially for a period of one year or till termination of the project whichever is earlier and extendable based on the performance evaluation.
