Job summary

Stoke Space is seeking an Assembly NDT Technician Level II-ready candidate to perform Eddy-Current inspections on flight-critical hardware. You will read drawings, interpret results, and report findings to ensure safety and reliability of the Nova launch system.

Ideal candidates will have Level II certification or experienced Level I, plus ability to train others and contribute to procedure development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• NDT Level II Certification or experienced Level I with training paid for to reach Level II.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong knowledge of AWS D17.1 and other aerospace standards.
• Excellent communication and ownership of work.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate Eddy-Current inspection equipment on flight-critical hardware per standards and procedures.
• Interpret and document inspection results with engineering drawings and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and welding teams to schedule inspections and communicate findings.
• Assist in developing, refining, and validating NDT procedures and techniques for new products.
• Provide guidance and training to Level I technicians to maintain quality.
