Job summary

Camden Rockport Schools in Camden, ME, is seeking an Ed Tech III for the PreK Resource Program. The role involves small group instruction, implementing IEPs, and supporting students in regular and special education settings in various environments. Work hours are 7:15am-2:45pm, 189 days per year.

Qualifications

• Background check, including fingerprinting.
• ED Tech III authorization preferred; Education Technician II rate if only II.
• Special Education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to support implementation of student IEPs.
• Collect academic and functional data.
• Support assigned students in general and/or special education settings, including the regular classroom, the self-contained classroom, and therapy classrooms.
• Support students on the playground, at recess, during lunch, while riding the bus, and during other nonacademic times.
• Assist students with activities of daily living.
