Waypoint is seeking an Ed Tech III to provide 1:1 instruction in social, behavioral, emotional, functional, and academic skills within an Applied Behavior Analysis framework. You will work with related service providers in OT, PT, and Speech and may drive students with parent permission for transitions.

• Minimum 90 college credits; bachelor's preferred.
• Driver's license required.

About the Role:

Under the supervision and ongoing support of Certified Special Education Teachers and Board Certified Behavior Analysts, the Ed Tech III provides 1:1 direct instruction in social, behavioral, emotional, functional, and academic skills within an Applied Behavior Analysis model; also works along with related service providers in OT, PT, and Speech. Driving students on occasion with parent permission, as part of student goals and/or transition plans to public schools.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 90 college credits required: Bachelor's degree preferred
• Certification as a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) preferred, training provided if needed
• Certification as an Educational Technician III preferred, assistance provided as needed
• Valid Driver's License

We will facilitate obtaining these certifications, and provide paid BHP training, for candidates in need of these certifications
