Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of ED-specific competency-based education and HealthStream modules within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with patient care, including receiving patients, vitals, and transport.
• Set up and assist with procedures and dressing applications; provide supplies as needed.
• Observe patient condition and report significant changes to the team.
• Maintain unit supplies and keep care areas clean.
• Perform clerical and communication tasks to support department operations and patient care.
• Provide personal care to patients (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
