Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL is seeking an Emergency Department Technician to assist with daily living activities, provide basic nursing care to non-critical patients, and help maintain a safe environment under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.

This full-time night shift position requires a High School diploma, EMT or CNA certification, BLS certification, knowledge of Medical Terminology, and up to six months of prior acute care experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current EMT Certification or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), if required by the State
• Current BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
• Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.

• Schedule: Nights, 7:00pm-7:00am, 12-Hour Shift
• Hospital: Resurrection Medical Center
• Location: Chicago, IL 60631

5. Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $18.00 to $26.68.
