Job summary

Amergis is seeking qualified Educational Technicians at levels 2 or 3 to implement behavioral intervention plans and deliver educational and behavioral services to children and adults with special needs. Ideal candidates hold an Ed Tech 2/3 credential from Maine DOE or are willing to obtain one, have an associate degree in behavioral studies or related field, and

• One year relevant experience preferred
• Associates degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Amergis is looking for staff to join the team as an Ed Tech 2 or 3.

The Educational Technician 2 or 3 works to implement behavioral intervention plans and facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
