Oneida Health is seeking a full-time ED Tech to support the Hospital Emergency Department on a 12-hour night shift from 10 pm to 6 am. This nursing support role operates under supervision of the Nurse Manager, ED Charge Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, or RN, delivering direct patient care aligned with age and condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (preferred).
• Healthcare experience is preferred (1 year).

Job description

Oneida Health is currently looking for a full-time ED Tech to work a 12 Hour Night Shift (10 pm - 6 am) in its Hospital Emergency Department (ER). This is a nursing support position under the supervision and direction of the Nurse Manager, ED Charge Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, or RN. You will provide direct care relevant to the age and developmental level of the patient in accordance with the presenting complaint and within the scope of the job description. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as part of a team while providing the highest levels of safety and patient experience.
