Job summary

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is seeking Registered Nurses for our Level I Trauma ED program in Norfolk, VA. This is an exciting opportunity for new grads aiming to start in Emergency Department care, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and relocation options.

Night shift (7p-7a) is available as a full-time position. Join a highly regarded ED team with a 525-bed tertiary facility and the only Level I Adult Trauma Center in the region.

Qualifications

• RN degree is required to practice as an RN.
• Virginia RN license is required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• New Grad RNs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a dynamic ED.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver treatments and monitor patient progress in the ED.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and best outcomes.
