Plan A Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care by applying nursing knowledge with compassion and efficiency.

The RN will assess patient needs, analyze medical histories, and develop individualized care plans while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance across units.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an RN license valid in North Carolina or a compact state.
  • 1 year of RN experience; clinical specialty experience preferred.
  • BLS certification through American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care in their assigned unit.
  • Analyzing medical history, diagnostic results, and current status to develop individualized nursing care plans.
  • Preparing and administering medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Reconciling medical records to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance.

  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
