Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate patient care under general supervision. You will coordinate care via nursing processes and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive outcomes.

Responsibilities include reviewing patient needs, analyzing histories and results to craft individualized plans, administering medications and treatments, reconciling records, and evaluating responses to adjust care as needed.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate degree in nursing and 1 year RN experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing and clinical specialty experience.
• Licensure: Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state; BLS certification.
