Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking an experienced nurse to provide comprehensive inpatient care in a high-acuity Emergency Department. You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety and quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient-family interactions, adherence to safety standards, and active participation in quality improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Graduate of Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
Demonstrates strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team, adapt quickly to change, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Conducts assessments, develops and implements individualized care plans, administers treatments and medications, and evaluates patient responses.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoots equipment issues, and participates in unit-based decision-making and quality improvement initiatives.
Promotes compassionate interactions and ensures a positive patient-family experience.
