Job summary

AdventHealth Tampa seeks an experienced RN for night shift in a critical care or relevant specialty. The position offers sign-on and relocation bonuses, and opportunities for growth through our Clinical Ladder program.

Responsibilities include scheduling, performance management, documentation, and collaboration with care teams. Required Florida RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS; Bachelor's preferred; associate's degree required.

Qualifications

• RN license in Florida is required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• 1+ year of ICU/critical care or relevant leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly unit schedules to ensure coverage for cases.
• Supports performance appraisals and counseling as needed.
• Maintains timely personnel documentation.
• Communicates with internal and external customers courteously.
