Baystate Health, Inc. is seeking a Crisis Clinician to join the Emergency Department in Springfield, MA. This full-time role offers a 2nd shift (2pm-12am) with one weekend per month, and requires travel to support Baystate Noble Hospital (Westfield) and Baystate Wing Hospital (Palmer).

A Master's degree and LICSW eligibility are required, with experience in behavioral health preferred. The position includes competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities for career development

Responsibilities

• Obtains and maintains release of information and gathers collateral information from outside resources.

• Monitors and assists in completing legal documentation (CVs, 3-Day Notices, Section12s, Section 7/8 forms).
• Enters data and reviews charts for QA, statistics, and outcomes.
• Completes discharge plan with follow-up and transportation needs.
• Other duties as required.
