Job summary

Qualifications

• CHAA or CRCR certification may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients in ED and collect demographics and admission data.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations as needed.
• Collect estimates and co-pays; explain financial responsibilities to patients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records per policies.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow through ED.
