Job description

Software Training Specialist

This position is responsible for providing training to our client practices that are using eCW Software. It offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is a great communicator and enjoys traveling. Responsibilities

1. Travel to client sites and train end users (doctors and clinical staff) on eCW software and ancillary functionalities via one-on-one coaching and classroom instruction
2. Develop workflow processes
3. Demonstrate the software to client practices, make suggestions, and provide training
4. Communicate/escalate issues to Project Managers for prompt resolution
5. Prepare reports such as Checklist & Expense Report
6. Document all training sessions
7. Perform other duties as assigned

• Exceptional customer service orientation with attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to coach and train diverse groups of people
• Knowledge of MySQL, Windows Office suite, computer networking, and insurance-based physician billing
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
• Basic understanding of technical terminologies
• Adept at multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Bi-Lingual/Multi-Lingual skills are a plus
• Must become an eCW Certified Professional after initial training

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems; Master's preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in training and implementation of Project Management or EMR systems
• Valid driver's license required
• Willingness to travel 50-75% per month across the US
• Remote work with regional home base in the required time zone at hire
