Job description

I am working with a top 50 law firm with a Chambers ranked Emerging Companies/Venture Capital practice interesting in adding a junior to mid-level associate that can sit in any of the firm's US offices with significant hybrid flexibility.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-6 years (2020-2024 JDs preferably) of experience advising private companies at all stages of growth , with experience in the technology sector preferred
• Other experience including general corporate and securities law, venture capital financings, private mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border expansion
• Excellent academic credentials and interest in working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
