The ideal candidate has J.D. or equivalent, 3–6 years of corporate transactional experience including M&A, with strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills, and active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $260,000–$390,000, based on year classification
• Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded
