Metropolitan Behavioral Health, a UHS facility in Dearborn, MI, is seeking an ECT Program Manager (RN) to lead and coordinate the ECT program, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care in line with hospital standards and policies.
This full-time role requires a nursing license, 1–3 years of ECT experience (3–10 preferred), and strong leadership to supervise staff and to coordinate anesthesia coverage, referrals, admissions and discharges.
ECT Program Manager (RN)
A growing, 144-bed behavioral health facility – Metropolitan Behavioral Hospital provides a full continuum of inpatient services across the entire patient population, including specialty programs to serve adolescents, adults and older adults, and perform behavioral health assessments 24-hours a day. Additionally, programs for co-occurring behavioral health and substance use issues will be offered to meet the unique needs of this patient population. The facility provides a robust outpatient program utilizing a combination of group, family and individual therapy.
The ECT Program Manger is responsible for the overall management of the ECT Program to ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy, goals, and objectives. This position assists in contributing to the hospital’s philosophy, objectives, educational and Performance & Improvement efforts, while providing supervision ECT program staff. This position will monitor staffing needs on assigned shifts. This position is responsible for assisting the CNO in evaluating, reviewing, designing, and implementing hospital training events with respect to all ECT Program staff required training.

This full-time position is Monday - Friday with 8 hour shifts.
