Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher (ECSE SPED) for a school-based, full-time position in Hot Springs. The role includes IEP development, case management, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

On-site setting with guaranteed hours and supportive district/organization structure. Applicants should hold a valid SD license/certification in Special Education (Birth–Grade 3) and have experience with IDEA, IEPs, and progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology used for instruction, documentation, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and progress toward goals.
• Provide individualized and differentiated instruction for students with disabilities.
• Manage caseloads and coordinate services with multidisciplinary team.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and administrators.
