HFA seeks an experienced ECS Project Superintendent to oversee daily field operations, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality on commercial construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, coordination with teams and subcontractors, and effective communication to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate will supervise staff, manage budgets, and resolve field issues while adhering to site safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial construction experience on $5M to $30M projects.
• Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction sites.
• Ability to read and follow labels, safety warnings and guidelines.
• In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; willing to work overtime and travel as needed.

We are seeking an experienced and organized ECS Project Superintendent to oversee daily field operations and support the successful completion of construction projects. This role is responsible for monitoring project progress, maintaining quality and safety standards, coordinating site activities, supervising teams, and resolving field issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders while ensuring a safe and productive job site.

• Have knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites.
• Be able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
• Have in-depth understanding of construction operations and processes.
• Excel at both verbal and written communication. Be available to work overtime including possible weekends.
• Be able to travel if necessary.
