Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Hexagon EcoSys Application Support Engineer in Overland Park, KS. The role focuses on administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of the EcoSys platform used for project controls, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

You will provide L1.5/L2 support, user administration, system configuration, integration monitoring, and vendor coordination. The position requires strong troubleshooting, ITIL-based processes, and data governance with emphasis

Qualifications

• Hexagon EcoSys: application support/administration experience required.
• Experience with project controls and capital project management processes.
• Knowledge of cost management and forecasting concepts.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management.
• SQL queries and database troubleshooting.
• Application security and user access administration.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Mandatory skills: Geo BIM Development and Geo BIM Project Lifecycle Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1.5/L2 application support and administration for Hexagon EcoSys.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Monitor availability, performance, and scheduled jobs.
• Support month-end, forecast, and project reporting tasks.
• Perform RCA for recurring incidents.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding and access reviews.
• Configure security roles, permissions, and workflows.
• Document SOPs, KBs, and runbooks.
• Assist with data imports/exports and ensure data governance.
