The role requires a B.S. in chemical engineering, chemistry, or materials science and 3–7 years of related experience in lab testing, data analysis, and translating results into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science or related field.
• Experience supporting R&D projects and laboratory testing programs.
• Ability to translate lab results into practical customer or manufacturing recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support innovation for Ecosorb through hands-on lab work and development.
• Collaborate with field sales, technical service, and customers to identify needs.
• Develop and execute lab tests to evaluate Ecosorb performance in applications.
• Provide technical applications support for trials, troubleshooting, and data interpretation.
• Troubleshoot issues in manufacturing and support continuous improvement.
• Document results and recommendations for internal and customer use.
• Ensure a safe, organized laboratory environment.
• Perform other duties as required.
