The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and engineering skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach to problem-solving.**Key Responsibilities*** **Applications & Technical Support** + Provide technical support to the sales team and customers, including product recommendations, performance evaluations, and troubleshooting. + Assist in developing technical documentation, data sheets, and customer presentations. + Maintain accurate laboratory records and prepare technical reports summarizing test results.* **Product Development and Scale-up** + Collaborate with R&D scientist on formulation, synthesis, and performance testing of new adsorbent products. + Support the development, scale-up, and optimization of manufacturing processes for new products. + Facilitate transition of new products from laboratory development to commercial manufacturing. + Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale testing to evaluate product performance in various water treatment applications.* **Quality & Regulatory Support** + Perform product analytical characterization and troubleshooting.* **Raw Material Qualification** + Evaluate and qualify new raw materials in collaboration with procurement, operations, and R&D teams.* **External Collaboration** + Coordinate work with external contract laboratories for specialized testing or analysis.* **Safety & Compliance** + Follow established laboratory safety procedures and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.**Qualifications*** **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Environmental Science, or related field.* **Experience:** 5+ years of experience in a laboratory or technical role within water treatment, environmental chemistry, materials science, or related industry.
