Qualifications

• Degree in economics with at least 21 semester hours in economics and 3 in statistics, accounting, or calculus.
• Master's or Ph.D. degree may substitute for experience as indicated.
• Experience with economic and statistical analysis in securities, markets, or related areas is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data for indicators of insider trading, market manipulation, cherry picking, and other potential securities-law violations.
• Evaluate impacts of violations on ill-gotten gains and shareholder harm.
• Collaborate with senior economists to develop and apply economic models and analytical methods.
