Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years of management consulting or related experience recommended.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities; ability to model financial scenarios.
• Experience with public finance, value capture and pro forma modeling; Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead multiple workstreams within a larger engagement.
• Build and review cash flow models (DCF); conduct cost-benefit, NPV, IRR analyses.
• Conduct market sizing, segmentation, adoption analyses; quantify policy and program impacts.
• Conduct baseline research and interviews with senior stakeholders, including C-suite.
• Develop executive-ready decks and client deliverables; synthesize inputs across formats.
• Utilize AI tools and data visualization to derive insights and recommendations.
• Supervise junior staff, provide quality control and mentorship.
