Qualifications

• PhD in Economics, ABD acceptable if degree by August 2027.
• College-level teaching experience and evidence of high-quality contributions.
• Ability to design and deliver Economics and Data Science courses, proficient in R and Python.
• Preference for empirical, policy-oriented research including data scraping, data viz, or ML.

Responsibilities

• Teach three courses per semester in Economics and Data Science.
• Advise program majors and supervise senior projects.
• Fulfill departmental and college service responsibilities.
• Contribute to the college-wide core curriculum and department curriculum.
• In-person classes using engaging methodologies.
