Starting Salary Range: $100,000 - $117,500 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.
As an Engineer/Planner II – Economic Studies, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing transmission expansions to mitigate energy market inefficiencies through advanced production cost modeling tools. You'll also help shape the grid of the future by developing innovative solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building strong partnerships with MISO stakeholders.

Bachelors or better in Economics or related field.
Bachelors or better in Engineering or related field.
Bachelors or better in Public Policy or related field.
Related economic transmission planning, compliance, regulatory standards, or expansion planning experience (required) or Related Electric Reliability Organization (ERO) or Regional Reliability Organization (RRO) experience.
Experience with PROMOD, PROMOD Analysis Tool (PAT), PSS/E, Transmission Adequacy Reliability Assessment (TARA).
