Qualifications

• Four years of experience in income maintenance programs, including one year in a supervisory role.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership.
• Experience in budgeting and program administration.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff, and interact with public officials.

Responsibilities

• Plan short and long-range work operations with the Medicaid Services Division.
• Supervise Program Managers and staff within Economic Services.
• Develop procedures and adjust workloads between units.
• Prepare needs analysis reflecting utilization trends.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and county regulations.
• Assist in budget preparation and resource management.
• Serve on shelter teams for disasters when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
