Qualifications

• Registration as a full-time student (minimum of 12 units) at a resident academic institution in a declared curriculum that will provide the specific skills and knowledge that will contribute to available work assignments.
• Desirable qualifications include experience with Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs analytical or research tasks for projects and assignments using specific academic skills.
• Maintains and updates data and contact lists for outreach.
• Supports development and execution of outreach campaigns via email, phone, and other channels.
• Tracks outreach activities and participation data for monitoring program engagement.
• Assists with monthly and quarterly reports summarizing outreach activities and trends.
• Supports event and workshop logistics and coordination.
